Özgür Ateşoğlu

Biography

Özgür Ateşoğlu began his career in 1994 as a Senior Research Engineer at TÜBİTAK-SAGE. He later served as a Senior Design Engineer at TAI and held leading design and management positions at ASELSAN.

Between 2009 and 2011, he worked as a researcher at DLR. He then returned to ASELSAN, where he held various managerial positions in unmanned aerial systems, autonomous systems, and design management.

In 2017, he served as a senior executive at Roketsan Missiles Inc. and later worked as Technology Manager. He also teaches as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Bilkent University.

He currently serves as Engineering Director at Turkish Aerospace.
