Biography
Yiğit Karpat received his bachelor’s degree from Dokuz Eylül University in 1996. He completed his master’s degree in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2000.
He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University in 2007. He served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University and held a joint appointment in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
He is actively involved in the Micro System Design and Manufacturing Center at Bilkent University.
